• Photocatalyst decomposition function

Photocatalyst is a nano-grade metal oxide material, of which titanium dioxide is the most commonly used. It converts water or oxygen into strong oxidizing active groups by absorbing light energy, and these strong oxidizing groups can strongly decompose various organic compounds and some inorganic substances with unstable chemical bonds, and can destroy the cell membrane of bacteria and coagulate the protein carrier of viruses. Therefore, it can effectively decompose harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, and TVOC emitted by floors, household building materials, furniture, etc.

• Release negative ion function

Special matters

(1) This product is diatomaceous earth paint, with a high proportion of diatomaceous earth added. Construction with rollers or brushes may have more obvious brush marks. If you want the brush marks to be less obvious, it is recommended to use a spray gun for construction.
(2) Because of the addition of a high proportion of diatomaceous earth, some particles are normal.

Work flow

1. Please apply to a clean surface, first use water and a rag to remove surface dust.
2. After opening, be sure to stir. For example, stir manually for about one minute and stir with a mechanical rod for about 30 seconds.
3. If it is used as a roller and brush, it can be used directly. It is not recommended to add water.
4. If you use spraying, you can add an appropriate amount of water to make it suitable for spraying, which is about 5% water.
5. For soil batch operations, use a sanding machine to flatten the soil after the soil is sown. If there is no sanding machine, coarse sandpaper can be used instead.
6. After the soil batch operation is completed, the construction Ai Mujie recommends a thickness of 100um for the first stage (if you use a brush or roller from left to right, right to left is one round trip, and 100um is about three round trips).
7. The surface of the dry film can be non-sticky in hand contact (about 0.5-1 hour). At this time, if there are any irregularities or cracks, after repairing, it can be smoothed with fine sand or a grinder, and the second one is 100um.
8. The surface dry film can be applied without sticking back to hand contact (about 0.5-1 hour) for the third stage of 100um, for a total of three layers of construction; due to the different habits of each construction personnel, please use the material to convert the area used, and evenly apply it to the expected construction in multiple times (please refer to the noteItem 9).
9. If you use a spray gun for operation. The spraying distance is about 30-45 cm and the pressure of the air compressor is 40-60 pounds.
10. Please brush in one direction to avoid brush marks.

Precautions：

1. If you use spray gun equipment, it is recommended to use a spray gun with the largest diameter that can spray cement. If other equipment is used, it may be difficult to construct because the smooth mouth is too small or the pressure is insufficient.
2. If you use a brush to brush, you must brush in one direction. Only after it is dry can it be brushed again and repaired where it is not complete enough.
3. Three gallons per barrel can be used as cement RC material: one bottom and two channels are about 18-20, which is about 59-66 square meters.
