Operation process description
(1) Please apply on a clean surface. Rinse the surface with clean water to remove dust.
(2) During the cleaning process, please pay attention to whether there is moss or oil stains . If so, please be sure to brush and remove the moss or oil stains .青苔或是油漬?如果有，請務必將青苔或是油漬刷洗去除。
(3)After opening, do not add water or any other additives.It can be used directly, but it must be stirred.For example, manual stirring takes about one minute, and mechanical stirring takes about 30 seconds.
(4)(4) The recommended thickness of the first layer is 100um (if you use a brush or roller from left to right, right to left is one back and forth, 100um is about three back and forth), and the second layer is 300um (if you use a brush or roller, it is eight to nine back and forth). The total thickness of the wet film after two applications is 400um (0.04mm). The dry film is about 250um (0.25mm); due to the different strength and usage habits of each construction worker, please convert the use area according to the material used, and apply it evenly on the expected construction surface in multiple times .(Please refer to Note 9)
(5) The interval between the first and second construction is about 0.5-1 hour. As long as the surface does not stick to the touch, construction can be carried out.
(6) If you use a spray gun for operation. The spraying distance is about 30-45 cm and the air compressor pressure is 8 pounds.
(7) When brushing, please brush in one direction to avoid brush marks.
(8) Be sure to spray twice to ensure the best insulation and waterproofing effects.
Construction Notes
(1) If you are using a spray gun, it is recommendedto use a gun with the largest caliber that can spray cement.If you use other equipment, it may be difficult to apply due to the nozzle being too small or the pressure being insufficient.
(2) If you are using a brush, you must apply in one direction. Only after it is dry can you apply it again and repair any incomplete areas.
(3) The temperatureshould not be lower than 18 degrees during constructionIf it is lower than 18 degrees c, surface cracking may occur during the drying process.
(4) To achieve the best use, you need to spray to the standard thickness, mainly to achieve the standard construction thickness of 0.25mm dry film. Wait for 0.5~1 hour between each layer of spraying to allow the surface of the paint to dry completely.
(5) If the constructionsurface is made of cement RC or waterproof PU, please increase the strength of the construction during the first construction so that the coating can be closely combined with the construction surface to avoid gaps between the coating and the construction surface .。
(6)(6) It is recommended to brush the construction surface with clean water once a year to keep the surface clean as much as possible .。
(7) It is expected that thereshould be no accumulation of water at the construction siteotherwise it may hydrolyze or produce water pollution, resulting in a rapid decline in the thermal insulation effect.
(8)預計(8) If the construction surface is expected to be PU materialbecause PU has oil stains and impurities, it must be cleaned several times. During construction (construction process 4), the action must be accurate and the number of back and forth rolling coatings should be increased to push away the oil stains and impurities.
(9) Each 5-gallon barrel can be used to apply 35 square meters of cement RC material. If there is a weathered layer, it can only be applied to 30 square meters. It can be applied to 45 square meters of metal materials such as tin roofs, pipelines, equipment, buses, etc. The above are all standard thicknesses and the area after two layers of coating.
