Operation process description

(1)請於乾淨的乾燥的表面施工清掃地面,如髒污請用清水沖洗待地面完全乾燥后才可施工(乾淨的鐵皮屋頂可直接施工)。
(2)
清潔過程請務必留意,是否有青苔或是油漬?如果有,請務必將青苔或是油漬刷洗去除。
(3)
開封後,不可加水或其他任何添加物,可直接使用,但務必需攪拌,如人工攪拌約一分鐘,機械棒攪拌約30秒。
(4)
建議厚度第一道100um(如以毛刷或滾輪從左到右,右再到左為來回一次,100um則為來回約三次),第二道300um(如以毛刷或滾輪則為來回八到九次),總計兩次施工總厚度濕膜400um(0.04mm)。乾膜後約為250um(0.25mm);因每位施工人員力道及使用習慣的不同,請以使用材質換算使用面積,分多次均勻塗佈於預計施工表面(請參考注意事項9)
(5)
第一道施工與第二道施工間隔約0.5-1小時,只要手摸表面不回黏即可施工。
(6)
若是使用噴槍進行作業。噴塗距離約30-45公分、空壓機壓力8磅。
(7)
刷塗請以一個方向刷塗,可避免刷痕。
(8)
務必進行二次塗刷/噴塗,確保隔熱及防水效果為最佳狀態。

Construction Notes

(1)若是使用噴槍設備建議以最大口徑,可噴塗水泥的噴槍為主。若用其他設備,可能會因噴口太小或壓力不足而難以施工。
(2)
若利用毛刷刷塗,必須以一個方向刷塗。乾燥後才能再次刷塗,並修補不夠完整的地方。
(3)
施工時氣溫請不要低於18。若低於18c,乾膜過程中,可能會因此產生表面龜裂現象
(4)
達到最佳使用狀況需噴塗到標準厚度,主要是需達到標準施工厚度乾膜0.25mm。每層噴塗中間需等0.5~1小時,讓塗料表面完全乾燥。
(5)
假若施工面為水泥RC或防水PU等材質,請務必於第一次施工時,加重力度施工,讓塗料與施工面緊密結合,避免塗料與施工面有縫隙
(6)

(9)
每桶5加侖,可施作水泥RC材質35平方米10坪),若有風化層則只能施作30平方米(約9坪);可施作金屬材質45平方米(約13坪),如鐵皮屋、管路、設備、公交車等等,以上均為標準厚度,塗佈兩層後的面積。
(10)請留意天氣狀況,施工前後不可有降雨。建議18C以上晴天施工。施工表面以手觸摸確認,確保無水分與濕氣後方可施作。若是雨天,水泥地面建議曬干1-2天后再施作。
